Itinerary

Day 1Negombo to Polonnaruwa.

We will pick up you at Colombo airport (CMB) or Hotel as you request and drive to your first destination Polonnaruwa via Dambulla. The journey will take around 5 hours without considering the site spending time and first day we will stay at Polonnaruwa.
On your way we will visit to the Ancient Dambulla Cave Temple. Then we will visit to Hiriwadunna village for the village experience and Lunch.

Day 2 and 3Polonnaruwa.

The site is huge! and it will most likely be hot, to make the most out of the day, we will start early and explore Polonnaruwa’s XI century ruins. Palace, dagobas and rock carved Buddha statues, Heritage places in Sri Lanka like Gal Vihara, Audience Hall, Parakrama Samudraya, Rankot viharaya, Divine Quadrangle etc.

Day 4Polonnaruwa to Sigiriya.

Early in the morning around 5 a.m. we will take you to Minneriya for safari experience.

Minneriya National Park best known for seasonal elephants and large flocks of little cormorants. Are home to hundreds of Sri Lankan elephants that like to congregate around an old reservoir. The seasonal gathering of elephants takes place during September and October on the bed of the Minneriya Lake, which dries up during those months and is replaced with lush grassland.

After lunch You can climb Sigiriya rock majestic Sigiriya rock fortress nearby the journey will take around 1 1/2 hours (Polonnaruwa to Sigiriya) and for the night we will stay at Sigiriya.

Day 5Sigiriya to Kandy.

Early in the morning will take yor to Kandy from Sigiriya to visit to Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the sacred tooth relic), Kandy lake, world Buddhist museum and Ceylon tea museum and the journey will take around 3 hours.

Also, in the evening time you can enjoy Kandyan cultural dancing show if you wish and witness the ceremony.
We will stay night at Kandy and enjoy the atmosphere and it is spiritual.

Day 6Kandy to Nuwaraeliya.

After the breakfast will visit to Royal Botanic Gardens Peradeniya. Botanic Gardens are about 5.5 km to the west of the city of Kandy in the Central Province of Sri Lanka. It is near by the longest river in Sri Lanka (Mahaweli River). The garden includes more than 4000 species of plants, including orchids, spices, medicinal plants and palm trees.

On the way you may visit Herbal Mediation center for relax yourself and to see Natural spice Plantation. And also we will visit to tea plantation and tea factory, visit to Ramboda Falls or St.clairs’ falls and evening Nuwaraeliya city tour.
For the night we will stay at Nuwaraeliya.

Day 7 and 8Nuwaraeliya to Ella.

Morning we will take you to Ella and we will spend time in Ella these two days.

Ella in Sri Lanka is a small laid-back town surrounded by the beautiful greens of tea.

There are a lot of things to do in Ella: Take one of the most beautiful train rides from Nuwaraeliya or Nanu Oya to Ella, running through the hilly country and tea plantation, climb the Little Adam’s Peak, see the Nine Arch Bridge, visit to Lipton’s Seat, visit to Diyaluma Falls, visit to Ella Spice Garden, visit to Ravana Waterfall, visit to Ella Rock and etc..

Day 9Ella to Kirinda.

After the breakfast we will visit to Kirinda. Kirinda is a coastal village in Sri Lanka. It is in the Southern Province.

You can visit the small port of Kirinda on the south coast. Here there is a rocky outcrop from which can be obtained some magnificent views of this desolate coast with its long stretch of sand dunes and the ocean beyond. Also, you can enjoy the beauty of beach at evening.

Day 10Kirinda to Thissa.

Early in the morning around 6 a.m we will take you to Yala National Park for another safari experience.

Yala National Park is packed with wildlife and is the best place for spotting Sri Lankan leopards – the park hosts around 30 to 40 within its 130,000 hectares (321,236 acres). Sloth bears are frequently seen here, too. And, there you can see wild animals like elephants, crocodiles, monkeys, buffalos, jaguars etc…

After lunch we will take you to the next destination Tangalle. The journey will take around 2 and ½ hours (Tissa to Tangalle).

Day 11Tangalle.

This a relaxing day and you can spend it by the lovely beach in Tangalle.

Day 12 and 13Tangalle to Mirissa.

On day 12 we will take you from Tangalle to Mirissa. Mirissa, a spectacular curved beach. Modest guesthouses thrive and there’s a string of simple restaurants at the back of the sand. In recent years Mirissa has developed a reputation as a party destination for young travellers, and in high season DJs spin pumping tunes till late several nights a week.

You can enjoy and stay relax these two days, also we will visit to Weligama to see the fish market and the fishermen in activity.

Day 14Mirissa to Negambo.

In the morning we will take you back to Colombo airport (CMB) or Negombo via Kosgoda and the journey will take around 3 and 1/2 hours.

Kosgoda is a beautiful village on the south west coast of Sri Lanka. It is perfect for rest and relaxation with a plethora of spas, ayurvedic and otherwise. Also, you can see turtle hatcheries at kosgoda.
